A contest submission I did for Brickfish.com. It's supposed to be a costume design of the Mad Hatter, with an obvious twist. Considering the grand prize included a trip to New Orleans during Halloween the dress became a bit inspired by that area. Well needless to say it's already too obvious I didn't win and I'm pretty bumbed at my ranking considering the top 10.
